Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use FrequencyChat's chat features. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe belong to a minor.

2. The Service

FrequencyChat connects users at random for one-on-one anonymous text conversations ("Sessions"). Your chat partner is shown only your display handle, never your real name, email, or other account details.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing sexual content involving, or sexualizing, anyone under 18, in any form — this results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse of another user.
• Soliciting or sharing another user's personal contact information without consent.
• Impersonation, fraud, spamming, or advertising unrelated services.
• Sharing illegal content of any kind, or using the Service to facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent age verification, bans, or moderation systems.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

We may monitor, log, and review chat content to enforce these Terms, respond to reports, and comply with law. Violations can result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement requests as required by applicable law.

5. Memberships & Payments

Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond memberships are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable contributions and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services. Pricing may change with notice.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with legal obligations.

7. Disclaimers

FrequencyChat matches you with strangers whose identity we cannot fully verify. You interact with other users at your own risk. We do not endorse, and are not responsible for, the conduct or content of any user. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrequencyChat and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
